on April 6, 2015, CAPT representatives met with representatives from CalHR and DSH to discuss a potential resolution to an Unfair Practice Charge filed by CAPT with the Public Employee Relations Board. The UPC included concerns about CAPT members facing obstruction and harassment from their management when they attempted to invoke their rights to protected FMLA leave. Download flier.
