Your New Contract is Coming!

Our MOU is in Final Review

December 4, 2025

CAPT is completing the last round of revisions to the 2025–2028 Memorandum of Understanding. Once the final proof is approved and the printing process is complete, every CAPT member will receive a printed copy mailed directly to their home address on file with CAPT Headquarters.

This printed contract will serve as your official reference guide for wages, benefits, leave rights, working conditions, and all protections negotiated on your behalf. We want every member to have their own hard copy in hand.

If you have moved recently or are not sure whether CAPT has your current mailing address, please update your contact information with Aislynn Taylor at (916) 329-9140 or at taylor@psychtechs.net. Ensuring we have your correct address guarantees that you receive your copy of the new MOU without delay.

■ The complete Tentative Agreement is available on the CalHR website.
■ CAPT’s Tentative Agreement Highlights are published in the July/August Outreach, page 9, summarizing key wins, improvements, and changes negotiated for BU 18.

We encourage all members to review these resources to stay current on what’s coming in the new agreement.
